Welcome to LEARN's disABILITY Summit!

This Summit is an inclusive gathering, dedicated to empowering parents, caregivers, students, and the broader community. Within this space, we hope to initiate meaningful dialogue, share insights, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the challenges and triumphs experienced by those living with a range of unique capabilities. Together, we aim to build a more compassionate society where each person feels a sense of belonging within a community that celebrates all contributions. It is both our responsibility and privilege, as individuals, groups, and agencies, to foster a supportive environment for individuals who love, learn, love, communicate, and work in their own way. 

We are happy to embark on this journey with you today, where caring, knowledge, collaboration, and advocacy intersect to create more equitable and just systems of education and a future that is accessible to all. 2027 disABILITY Summit

We are excited to welcome families, caregivers, educators, and community members to the 7th Annual LEARN disABILITY Summit! This important region wide event will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2027, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT. 

This free, family-friendly event brings together individuals and organizations dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities from birth to age 22. Attendees can explore a wide range of exhibitors, connect with local service providers, and gather helpful resources. 

Last year, the LEARN disABILITY brought together attendees from all over for a day centered around Celebrating Inclusion and Empowering Community. The 2026 Summit marked an exciting new chapter of reimagining this meaningful event. We welcomed over 60 exhibitors, 16 corporate sponsors and community partners, and over 500 attendees from across the region.

Admission and parking are free, and all are welcome! We invite you to join us for a day of learning, collaboration, and community. More information on registering as an exhibitor and/or sponsor will be updated soon - please monitor this page for the latest information.

Our online registration is back for exhibitors and sponsors for the 2027 event! If you encounter any issues with online registration, please contact us directly at disabilitysummit@learn.k12.ct.us. 

Simply complete the registration form and you will receive a copy for your records. Please note that completing the registration does not guarantee your spot. We will review all registrations and email a confirmation once your spot is confirmed.
