2026 disABILITY Summit Registration

We look forward to having you at the 2026 LEARN disABILITY Summit at the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center in Mashantucket, CT on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Upon receipt, we will review your registration and follow up to confirm your status. Please keep an eye out for an email from us at disabilitysummit@learn.k12.ct.us.

The LEARN disABILITY Summit will take place from 10 AM - 3 PM. More information regarding arrival, set up, and day of information will be provided as we get closer.

Exhibitor Registration Tier

General Exhibitor - $275 (Save $50 with Early Bird pricing when you register by 12/10)

For organizations, businesses, schools, and service providers offering programs, resources, or products that support individuals with disabilities and their families (ideal for established organizations with outreach, services, or visibility goals).

Community Advocate Exhibitor - $75

For family-led groups, advocacy coalitions, and grass-roots organizations that uplift voices of individuals with disabilities and their families (best for smaller, mission-drive groups focused on advocacy, awareness, and support).

Public Agency Exhibitor - No Fee

For CT State of Federal departments, agencies, or initiatives (must have .gov domain) providing public services or support related to disability, health, or employment.

 

We're committed to accessibility. If cost is a barrier for your organization, please contact us to discuss financial assistance - we're happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.

Exhibitor Boxed Lunch

Exhibitors have the option to purchase a boxed lunch with their registration to be provided the day of the event. Boxed lunch includes a water bottle, chips, fruit, choice of sandwich, and a cookie. Please note, outside food and beverages are not permitted per policy of Great Wolf Lodge.

Boxed lunches are $25 per person and can only be purchased in advance.

Registration Deadlines & Notes

Deadlines:
  • Early Bird Registration - Wednesday, December 10, 2025
  • Regular Registration - Friday, February 13, 2026
  • Advertisement & Sponsor Submissions - Friday, February 13, 2026

Registration Notes

  • All registration tiers include (1) six foot table and (2) chairs. We cannot guarantee extra chairs will be available.
  • To request access to power for your table, please email us at disabilitysummit@learn.k12.ct.us and we will do out best to accommodate, although we cannot guarantee it will be available.
  • If you purchased a boxed lunch, we will follow up at a later date to confirm meals - a vegetarian option will be available. Please note, outside food and beverage is not permitted.
  • LEARN will cover the cost of service fees on boxed lunches.
  • In order to ensure consistency and fairness for all participants, the organizers reserve the right to review your selected registration tier and make adjustments if necessary. If changes are required, you will be contacted to confirm and discuss next steps.

Exhibitor Guide Advertisement & Sponsorship Notes:

  • Artwork & promotional materials must be submitted to disabilitysummit@learn.k12.ct.us by Friday, February 13, 2026.
  • We cannot guarantee late submissions will be included and refunds will not be processed.
  • Preferred artwork format is a .png file.
  • LEARN reserves the right to assure proper content.
