This program is designed for young adults who have completed high school requirements for graduation, but need additional programming to prepare for transition into adult life

Our WormED project, in partnership with Yellow Farmhouse Education Center and Stone Acre Farms, is turning organic waste into nutrient-rich compost while teaching sustainability. What started with a few small worm bins has expanded to a commercial-scale system, and we’ve recently welcomed 5 lbs of Red Wigglers to help fuel our mission. Stay tuned as we continue to grow and engage the community!

Attendees shared how essential this event is to the Shoreline community, calling it “a hub for families to gather information for their children. The Shoreline is a difficult place to get services and info—this event is so needed, thank you.
